During the weeks leading up to Christmas consumers tend to give, or spend, more than they receive. This week Jack in the Box announced it’s giving back to its loyalty program customers with free food during the “24 Days of Jackmas.”
The promotion, which runs through Dec. 24, applies to both new and existing Jack Pack loyalty members. Each day members will be rewarded with free menu item with a $1 purchase through the Jack in the Box app.
The free offers rotate on a weekly schedule; Sunday is for the Jumbo Egg Roll; Monday, Breakfast Jack; Tuesday, two tacos; Wednesday, Oreo Shake; Thursday, Jumbo Jack; Friday, fries (including curly, French and Halfies); Saturday, a fountain drink.
The chain has also added new limited-time menu items, including Tea Boba, Mini Cinnis, a Girl Scout Thin Mints Shake and a Stacked Bagel Breakfast Sandwich among others, available until Dec. 24.
Separately, Jack in the Box announced this week that the chain had signed 123 new restaurant commitments during its 2023 fiscal year, including entry into new markets in Arkansas, Florida, Montana and Wyoming. The brand also signed a 22-unit commitment to enter Mexico.
Kentucky also saw its first Jack in the Box in 2023, along with the signing of a six-unit commitment in the Louisville market. Overall the chain now has approximately 2,200 restaurants across 22 states.
