Aaron van Wirdum is returning to Bitcoin Magazine to the title he held from 2021 to 2022: editor in chief. 

Van Wirdum went on sabbatical to write The Genesis Book: The Story of the People and Projects That Inspired Bitcoin, a book released by Bitcoin Magazine Books this year.

“Aaron van Wirdum has long defined Bitcoin Magazine’s editorial product and ethos,” says Mike Germano, president and publisher of BitcoinMagazine. “We look forward to having him lead our staff at a time when presidents, senators, and celebrities are joining our readership’s ranks.”

Van Wirdum comments, “Bitcoin is a technology that will continue to improve and advance, and I believe BitcoinMagazine can play a key role in facilitating this necessary dialogue with the community.”
