Halloween is back at
Wendy’s, but this year has an added treat for those who pitch in a little extra to benefit foster care adoption.
Wendy’s Halloween-themed kids meal for 2024 is Frosty Frights, and each contains a choice of four-piece chicken nuggets or a hamburger or cheeseburger with Jr. Hot & Crispy Fries or apple bites and a kid's drink.
The meals also contain one of 11 different collectible Frosty-themed “sweet and spooky” character toys – such as Franken Frosty, a green Frankenstein-reminiscent character, while Frosty Bite is a red Dracula-like character complete with fangs and a bat bow tie. Coolie Ghoulie is a trick or treating ghost, while Brrr Beast is a harmless-looking werewolf and Cold Spell is a friendly purple witch.
The chain has brought back its yearly Halloween-themed Boo! Books, which this year feature the Frosty Frights characters. The books are available for $1.00, 90 cents of which directly benefits the “Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, and its mission to find safe, loving and permanent homes for children waiting in foster care,” per the announcement.
