Gannett Teams Up With AddressUSA To Create A Real Estate Platform

Gannett is partnering with AddressUSA to launch a real estate platform across the USA Today Network and over 200 local sites.  

AddressUSA brings its property technology to the multi-year relationship, while Gannett provides its journalism and an audience of 195 million monthly unique visitors.  

The new platform will serve real estate buyers, sellers and enthusiasts. Its smart tools include accurate pricing data and integrated editorial content. 

The goal is to simplify the home-buying journey for Gannett’s audience.  

The site now says, “Find your dream home. Visitors can enter their preferred city, the size of the home they want, the number of bedrooms and baths and the price range, and receive a response.”

The properties are now featured on the site in the South and West.
