Fortune Media has formed a strategic partnership with Freestar, a monetization platform for large digital media publishers and ecommerce sites.
Freestar’s Dynamic Ad Stack and flooring algorithm will be integrated into Fortune.com. The partnership will result in new revenue opportunities, Fortune says.
“Fortune was looking for a flexible partner that would allow us to maintain some of our current operations while augmenting and evolving our overall ad strategy,” says Jeff Li, head of business development at Fortune.y that aligns with our goals.”
Li adds, “Their tech, combined with on-demand consulting services, will support our business goals, help drive more revenue, and allow our team to stay focused on content creation.”
Heather Carver, chief revenue officer for Freestar, argues that the team at a brand like Fortune can “stay focused on what they do best: creating exceptional content and building meaningful relationships with their audience.”
