Mother Jones and Reveal have announced several newsroom appointments and promotions. 

The new hires or promotions include:

• Brett Myers, executive producer being promoted after a year as interim EP
• Taki Telonidis, deputy executive producer
• Anna Yeo, digital producer
• Schuyler Mitchell, assistant editor
• Artis Curiskis, assistant producer

In addition, five editorial fellows were named: 

• Jeffrey Kelly
• Cheyenne McNeill
• Anna Rogers
• Chasity Hale
• Brooke Henderson, First Amendment fellow

"Some news institutions are shrinking or appeasing, but we’re doubling down — staffing up, embracing fresh ideas and building the newsroom of the future,” says James West, executive editor, Mother Jones and Reveal.
