The Procter & Gamble Company has identified five participants in an unusual review seeking an agency to handle expanded media-planning duties on its North American account. The duties are now divided
between the MediaCom Worldwide division of the Grey Global Group and the Starcom MediaVest Group division of the Publicis Groupe. Billings were estimated at $4 billion.
