Facebook’s newest attraction ‘applications’ are like widgets. I love my iMac dashboard and picking widgets. This is exactly what Facebook has given me. This will definitely
be taking time away from MySpace.
I’ve added iLike, Horoscopes, Causes and Compass. Compass puts me on a political spectrum somewhere between conservative and liberal, and
it’s by Washington post. iLike lets me listen to music and see who's going to what concerts. Causes, is just that, joining causes, donating money. All of this in the pretty, simple, and
organized look of Facebook. The new applications make the pages of Facebook more interesting, and still they are keeping their clean look, as opposed to MySpace’s messy pages.
