MagicMouse, a three-dimensional ultrasonic computer mouse designed by a team of five WPI undergraduates, is one of 10 inventions honored with the inaugural PopSci Invention Awards, the cover story in the June 2007 issue of Popular Science.

This would make exploring Google Maps about 300 times more fun.

This type of next-level user interactivity (see: Nintendo Wii) is going to sweep people off their feet in the coming years. I last had a game system when Donkey Kong was big on the Super Nintendo. Not since then have I wanted to purchase another system. Along came the Wii ... and that's sort of changed.
