The contest will run from June 26 to August 31st, and finalists will appear in New York before Shannon and a panel of judges. Final selection

our broadband platform."
The competition is aimed at getting more of the channel's targeted women 18 to 39 demo, while drawing in new talent. "The "contest really has the potential to open doors for an aspiring female comedy creator, and we're thrilled to see what untapped talent is out there just waiting to be discovered," Ashworth says.
