What's new in the Myx?

  • by , February 21, 2008

I went home some weekends ago to hang out with my brother. We struck up a conversation about music and ringtones. He whips out his phone and displays the many ringtones that he had recently acquired. I asked him how much they had cost and he told me, "They were all FREE."

"FREE?!" I exclaimed.

He told me that he found them at Myxer.com.

I am excited about Myxer because it not only offers the usual of ringtones and wallpapers, but Verizon users are FINALLY able to access free ringtones. I can find just about any song out there, especially contemporary music and exclusives. I also think that it is clever that the ringtones are sent via text opposed to me accessing the internet to get the ringtones through my cell.

The feature that I enjoy the most is the ability to select any part of the song and make it a ringtone. The turn-around time for receiving the ringtone is quick and the quality is great. I advise anyone and everyone, especially Verizon users to check it out.

Genius! Decent ringtones are hard to find, especially for us Verizon customers. Thanks so much for this. My favorite feature is the fact that the ringtones are shareable... unlike any other ringtones you pay for.
