Troy Burk is the CEO and founder of Right On Interactive, a customer lifecycle marketing automation software company that helps organizations win, keep and grow customers by building customer engagement. Burk is a recognized thought leader and speaker on the topics of Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, Lead Scoring and Nurturing, and Email Marketing. Burk is the president of the Indianapolis Interactive Marketing Association (IIMA) and serves on the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce’s Membership Marketing Committee. Burk earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
