The U.S. is a multicultural nation. But the media, marketing and advertising industry does not reflect the nation's culture in its workforce. Limited diversity behind the scenes continues to plague all areas of the media industry. There is always talk about how "important" Multicultural is. Unfortunately, it usually is just that-talk.
