Kate Imbach is a writer and documentary filmmaker in San Francisco, California. She has directed, produced and edited the documentary shorts The Taxi Composer (2012), The Mayor of Noe Valley (2013), and The Last Video Store (2014). Partners, a documentary about gay square dancing clubs, is forthcoming in 2016. Her writing has been published in Passages North, Word Riot and Map Literary, among others.
