Dean Evans is the chief marketing officer for Hyundai Motor America. He and his team recently launched Shopper Assurance, an industry-first nationwide program that streamlines and modernizes the car-buying experience. Evans has more than 25 years of deep and broad experience in automotive, including leading roles with automakers, digital marketing agencies and dealerships. Prior to joining Hyundai, Evans was the chief marketing officer of Subaru of America from 2011 to 2014. Evans has made multiple appearances on the Forbes World’s Most Influential CMO list. In 2017, he was ranked No. 29 and was the second-highest CMO from a global automaker.
