David manages all accounting and finance activities for Amino, from everyday functions to short and long-term capital strategies and everything in between. As an entrepreneurial CFO, David has completed over a dozen M&A deals—representing nearly $500 million in enterprise value. David previously served as CFO of RevZilla.com, a global eCommerce motorcycle retailer. During his five years at RevZilla, the company grew from less than $10MM to over $100MM, growing nearly 20X. David also managed the process that partnered RevZilla with Cycle Gear, creating the largest retailer of motorcycle gear in the world. During his time with RevZilla, David also served as CFO for Upshift Distribution, vice president of Comoto Holdings, and treasurer and director of ZLA Skatepark. Prior to RevZilla, David spent close to a decade in corporate accounting functions for two publicly traded insurance brokers. While at Brown & Brown, he was a regional accounting supervisor, managing dozens of acquisitions while supervising 24 accounting managers in 11 states representing over $100MM in revenues. David has also served as interim CFO for a $350MM real estate development project, and spent several years working in public accounting.
