Rachel Ament is a copywriter for Sensis Agency. She has been published in the New York Times, NPR, Teen Vogue, The Jerusalem Post, Oxygen, Moment and, among other publications. She edited and compiled the book of essays Jewish Daughter Diaries: True Stories of Being Loved Too Much By Our Moms, featuring writing by The Big Bang Theory’s Mayim Bialik and The Daily Show’s Jena Friedman. Her screenplay “God’s Girls,” a coming-of-age story about a teenage girl in a Hasidic Jewish community, was a semifinalist in ScreenCraft’s Pilot Launch TV Script contest.
