Jennifer applies a holistic approach not only to client strategy and execution, but also to the company’s infrastructure itself. In an industry that is predominantly male dominated, she is keenly focused on gender equality and social impact. Her belief that doing good business requires doing good in the community inspired five company initiatives to encourage employees to give, nurture, educate and protect both people and the environment.
