As a pioneer in the industry, no one thought much of the self-serve approach the technology and the team being created around it was taking. Years later - it was the right move. As the marketplace seeks to identify efficiencies, Steve and his team of Customer Success Managers and Support members are able to deliver on a self-serve training model that has been iterated and reiterated since 2010.
