In 20 years at Duncan Channon, Andy has been a driving force in the company’s evolution from a merry band of creatives to a fully-integrated agency that’s now a four-time Ad Age Small Agency of the Year. Under his leadership as CEO, DC now has a thriving staff of 80 across creative, experiential, influencer, account, strategy and media/communications planning. In 2019, Andy oversaw the acquisition of award-winning experiential, influencer and social agency A2G to put DC in a unique position to serve brands with integrated creative ideas that engage consumers across paid, earned, shared and owned channels. Recruited from FCB where he led business for Levi’s, Taco Bell and one of the most successful launches in entertainment for SEGA Dreamcast, Andy initially built DC’s account management practice – and then applied his passion for identifying and transforming real challenges to help the agency grow as GM and now CEO. Having spent seven years of his childhood in Paris, Andy is fluent in French. He's also an avid photographer, oenophile, crossfitter and — don't be alarmed — knife collector.
