As founder of experiential, social and influencer agency A2G, Amy Cotteleer has been predicting new ways for brands to create two-way relationships with consumers for 15 years. With a savvy understanding of how meaningful content and in-person experiences spread digitally, her agency has twice earned Ad Age Small Agency of the Year honors and created breakthrough social and influencer campaigns for the likes of GAP, Nintendo and Citibank. In 2019, Amy closed an acquisition deal with advertising agency Duncan Channon (DC) to bring A2G’s pioneering expertise in consumer engagement to a bigger stage. The move reflects the agencies’ shared ambition to help clients grow in a world where it no longer works to buy attention and brands need to build relationships with consumers online and in real life. In addition to becoming DC’s first female equity partner, the agency created a new C-suite role, chief experience officer, to ensure Amy’s forward-thinking view on how to engage consumers is baked into the DNA of ideas for prospects and clients. She is a magna cum laude graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business and the mother to two young daughters.
