As VP, Head of Online Marketplaces in the Americas region, I serve as the marketplace expert for the Publicis Commerce Practice. My role is to provide insight and expertise for all Publicis agencies as they help their clients navigate the world of commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others. With a career concentrated in consumer-focused marketing, understanding people and their motivations has driven me since day one. I have extensive client-side experience in B2C direct marketing, product development and communications (ex-Unilever) as well as analytics and insights knowledge on the publisher side (ex- Amazon).
