Daale Carter is a marketing maverick with expertise ranging from digital media strategy to performance marketing and beyond. With over 18 years of experience, Daale has worked with some of the world’s biggest names including Jim Beam, Miller, Puma, Givenchy, General Mills, and more, leading them with a digital and experience-first approach around consumer behavior and imaginative thinking. Before joining Energy BBDO, Daale gained extensive experience at top creative marketing agencies like Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, DX Marketing, and made significant impact at Amsive before channeling that expertise into Energy BBDO’s dynamic environment. She currently drives strategic conversations for clients like Mars, The General, and Starbucks. Daale has also been recognized by the industry for her innovative vision, garnering awards such as Google and Oracle Excellence Awards, among others. Born and raised in London, Daale moved to the US in 2012 and currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and her four boys. She received her Law degree from University of Westminster.
