Since then, she has established herself as a distinctive voice across film, television, and digital content, directing feature films including "The Brass Teapot" (Toronto International Film Festival premiere) and "Lost Child" (Kansas City Film Festival Best Feature), alongside episodes for major networks including Netflix ("Manifest", "The Night Agent"), NBC ("Blindspot"), CW ("62 Street"), CBS ("East New York") and Paramount+ ("Happy Face").
Under Ramaa's leadership, Adolescent Content has grown 150% while maintaining its mission of amplifying underrepresented voices. The agency's innovative approach identifies cultural trends 4-6 months before mainstream adoption, delivering engagement rates 2-3× industry benchmarks for Fortune 500 clients including Meta, Google, Nike, and Pinterest.
Beyond her commercial success, Ramaa co-founded Educate Girls Now, supporting 300+ Afghan girls' access to education, and launched FutureTellers, providing free content creation workshops to underserved schools.
