Trevor Monteiro serves as the Head of Media Excellence and Innovation at Truth Marketing + Media, where he leads agency operations with a focus on scalability, collaboration, and long-term growth. In this role, Trevor oversees the alignment of internal processes, cross-functional team coordination, and the implementation of systems that enhance delivery, efficiency, and innovation across departments. He plays a central role in building and managing agency-wide partnerships, optimizing workflows, and advancing Truth’s technology and data infrastructure. He also serves as a key contributor in new business efforts—helping shape the agency’s service model and communicate its differentiated approach to prospective clients. Trevor’s career in media spans nearly two decades, having managed media strategies for more than $1 billion in spend across 35+ brands, including iconic names like Procter & Gamble, Disney Parks, Microsoft/Xbox, Olive Garden, Planet Fitness, Six Flags, Firehouse Subs, and Dave’s Killer Bread. He brings deep experience across digital, traditional, and partnership media, with a portfolio that includes B2C and B2B campaigns, general market and multicultural audiences, and award-winning work—including a Gold Effie and a YouTube Featured Success Story. Before joining Truth, Trevor served as Head of Media at TRG, where he helped lead cultural transformation, scale media capabilities, and establish a more collaborative, forward-thinking approach. His earlier roles at agencies like Moroch, KSM South, and Starcom MediaVest Group gave him a foundation in performance media, creative collaboration, and strategic media planning at scale. Outside the office, Trevor spends his time with his wife and daughter, cycling, and working on creative projects involving art and writing.
