Kym boasts over two decades of marketing experience working with brands such as Enfamil, Johnston & Murphy, and Capital One. In 2016, Kym founded AlwaysOn Digital. Her major motivation? A strong desire to deliver unparalleled customer service through her own startup – while also establishing a better work-life balance culture for her employees. Based in New York, Kym enjoys life with her husband, their four sons, and their beloved dog. In her spare time, you’ll find her cheering for her sons on the baseball field.
