Amid debates about the negative effects of social media usage on the mental health of teenagers, consumers in the age group tend to say they spend the most time on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat, according to the latest research from the nonprofit Pew Research Center.

About three quarters (73%) of teens say they go on YouTube daily, making the video-sharing site the most widely used and visited platform Pew asked about. The share includes 15% who described their use as “almost constant.”

About six out of 10 teenagers surveyed by Pew said they visit TikTok daily, including 16% who report being on it almost constantly.
