A recent study by National Public Radio suggests that news podcast listeners
tend to be more educated than the average individual.
According to the survey, 43% of news podcast listeners have at least a four-year degree, compared with 35% of the general public. Additionally, they are more likely to have pursued higher education, including associate degrees or postgraduate studies.
These listeners also report higher earnings, with an average annual income of $73,000 — higher than the general population’s $69,250. Furthermore, 36% earn over $75,000, in contrast to 32% of all consumers.
