Email Is Still King
Email continues to reign supreme in 2025:

  • 93% of respondents use email daily, with just 6% taking a break only while on vacation.
  • 86% of people have at least three email addresses, reflecting how many users separate work, personal, and promotional messages.
  • 42% check their inboxes three to five times per day, while time spent on email varies:
  • 35% spend under an hour daily.

Another 35% spend two to five hours in their inbox.
