TikTok is showing strong signs of resilience and growth just weeks after being reinstated on U.S. app stores, according to new analysis f
rom research firm Sensor Tower.
The report highlights a sharp rebound in downloads, user engagement and in-app spending following a month-long delisting earlier this year amid regulatory uncertainty.
The short-form video platform was unavailable on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store from January 19 to February 12, as the U.S. government deliberated over national security concerns tied to its ownership. However, following a 75-day extension granted by the executive branch earlier this month, TikTok has been allowed to continue operations while a longer-term resolution is negotiated.
