In an age where nearly everything is connected, a new study
reveals that America is quietly drowning in digital anxiety.
According to cybersecurity firm NordPass, nearly four out of five Americans experience anxiety related to their digital lives, and almost one in six suffer from what the report terms "digital panic" -- a heightened state of distress linked to fears of hacking, surveillance, and cyber scams.
“With AI adoption booming, fake news spreading like wildfire and cyber threats becoming more sophisticated by the day, it’s no surprise that people feel overwhelmed and vulnerable online,” said Karolis Arbaciauskas, head of business product at NordPass.
