Artificial intelligence has rapidly taken root across the marketing industry, with nearly 90% of marketers now integrating AI into their workflows, according to a new report from healthcare marketing agency Outcomes Rocket. The survey of 1,229 marketing professionals reveals widespread adoption, particularly of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, which dominates the space with 94.8% usage among generative AI users.

However, the findings also show deep concerns around job security, accuracy and lack of formal training.
