U.S. online holiday spending is expected to hit a record $253.4 billion this year, rising 5.3% from 2024, according to Adobe’s 2025 holiday shopping forecast.

The report, which analyzes more than 1 trillion retail site visits and 100 million products across 18 categories, projects that consumers will spend more than $5 billion on at least 10 separate days between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31. Cyber Week alone is set to generate $43.7 billion, up 6.3% from last year, with Black Friday growth (8.3% to $11.7 billion) expected to outpace Cyber Monday ($14.2 billion, up 6.3%).
