Gaming has cemented its place alongside television as one of America’s dominant entertainment habits, according to new findings from Hub Entertainment Research’s Gaming 360 study. The annual survey, based on responses from 2,549 U.S. consumers ages 16 to 74, reveals that gamers now spend as much time playing video games as they do watching TV – with younger players devoting even more of their screen time to gaming.
