In a breakthrough that will shock absolutely no one who has sat through a pipeline review, only 37% of B2B professionals can clearly define go-to-market strategy, according to a new report from Outcomes Rocket.
Its survey of marketing executives found that the remaining 63% appear to be confidently nodding in meetings while hoping someone else owns it. Even better, about one in five companies either lacks a go-to-market (GTM) strategy entirely or has decided that ownership is a group project in the worst possible sense. This explains why “alignment” meetings now require alignment meetings.
