Fast forward to 2026 and Americans have managed to recreate cable with extra steps.
A new survey from Reviews.org finds that consumers subscribe to roughly three streaming services on average, yet 43% say they are likely to cancel at least one service within the next three months. More than half have already canceled or downgraded a service because of a price increase.
