Connected TV Households Grow 7% To 85.7 Million In US As Programming Expands

According to Comscore’s “State of Streaming” report, by the end of March, the number of households that stream content on a connected TV (CTV) grew 7% from the previous year to 85.7 million.

Cord-never consumers (consumers who never subscribed to a cable or satellite service) make up 12% of the CTV audience, compared to 22% in 2020. In contrast, cord-cutters now make up 38% of CTV households, compared with 22% in 2020.
