Consumers Want More Social Content From Front-Line Workers

Consumer-facing employees have a critical role in representing the companies for which they work. About half (48%) of social media users want to see more content from these front-line employees, making them an important part of brand-building, according to the “2024 Content Benchmarks Report” from social-media management platform Sprout Social.

“For your brand and bandwidth’s sake, it’s time to diversify your talent roster,” according to the report. “This year, consumers want to see your company’s front-line employees featured in social content most of all.”
