Ogilvy New York named Simon Pearce as managing director of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and Harvey Kipnis as managing director of OgilvyOne. Both report to Carla Hendra, chairman of Ogilvy New York and
CEO, Ogilvy North America. Previously, Pearce was managing director of World Creative Group at McCann Erickson. He has also worked at DMB&B, Young and Rubicam, and Wieden + Kennedy. Kipnis was with
Digitas NY before joining Ogilvy.
