Bill Nicholson, an expert on Madison Avenue management issues, and founding partner of consultancy A-Team Advisors, died April 24. He was 64. Prior to founding A-Team in 2005, Nicholson was executive
vice president of the American Association of Advertising Agencies' Management Services Division. He previously held top management positions at storied ad agencies such as Bozell and Lintas.
