First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. has created a new corporate logo and updated colors in its four regional markets. The new logo is part of the company's comprehensive campaign to enhance awareness of the First Niagara brand across its markets.

First Niagara will begin using its new logo in August, including its rebranding in all 57 western Pennsylvania branches it is acquiring from National City Bank when the transaction closes in September.

First Niagara Bank is a full-service, community-focused bank with 113 branches and four regional market centers across upstate New York. In April, the company announced plans to add another 57 branches in Pittsburgh, Warren and Erie, Pa.--Tanya Irwin
