Harold Sogard, vice chairman and a partner, is leaving Goodby, Silverstein & Partners after 19-years with the San Francisco shop. The agency said Sogard is leaving to begin what he calls "the third
act" of his career. Earlier in his career, Sogard managed Broadway and Off-Broadway plays.
