Initiative, a performance-led communications company, announced today that Tej Desai has joined the agency as senior vice president, group business director and will be based out of its New York
office. Desai will be responsible for the strategic management of the Hasbro account. Previously, he was vice president, global marketing at New Video Group, where he managed A&E Television
Networks.
