Jacob R. Miles III has been hired as president of the Urban America Television Network. Miles has been president of the Dallas-Fort Worth National Association of Minorities in Cable and has worked for
General Mills Entertainment Group and Tonka. He founded Cultural Exchange Entertainment Corp, where he created, licensed and developed toys and entertainment properties for TV networks like ABC, Fox
and HBO. The Urban Television Network is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and is composed of affiliate broadcast television stations across the country that air programming supplied by the network via
satellite. There are about 70 affiliates with a household coverage of about 22 million households.
