Grey Global Group, the tightly controlled parent of MediaCom Worldwide that has been exploring a sale of the company, Monday reported second quarter revenues of $364.0 million, a 13.8 percent gain
over the second quarter of 2003. First half revenues climbed 14.6 percent to $707.9 million. A number of suitors including Havas, WPP Group and a group of independent investors have expressed an
interest in Grey, which could fetch as much as $1.5 billion in a sale.
