Fox News Enjoys Home Court Advantage, Beats Big 3, CNN At GOP Convention

Right-wing political favorite Fox News Channel got a boost from the Grand Old Party, drawing 5.4 million viewers during its coverage of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's and first lady Laura Bush's speeches Tuesday night during the Republican National Convention. That was greater than the delivery of any of the Big 3 broadcast networks - NBC (5.1 million viewers), CBS (4.4 million) ABC (4.3 million) - or rival cable networks MSNBC (1.6 million) or CNN (1.5 million).
