Aegis Gains Experience, Acquires Belgium's NewWorld

Post being acquired by Dentsu, Aegis Media isn’t slowing down its own acquisition frenzy, announcing a deal to acquire Mechelen, Belgium-based experiential marketing agency NewWorld. Terms
of the deal were not disclosed, but Aegis said NewWorld will become part of Aegis’ psLIVE network, and that NewWorld Founder Wim Voss will remain managing director, joining Aegis Media
Belgium’s management team.
