Three Dots Inches Back Into Retail

Clothing cult-favorite Three Dots is heading back into the retail business, and has opened a 1,000-square-foot temporary store at Fred Segal Santa Monica. A spokesperson confirms there are plans for further expansion in 2014, including a pop-up shop in Osaka, Japan, and a permanent U.S. presence.  In addition to its clothing for men and women, it’s also introduced a new children’s line. In 2007, Three Dots, sold at such stores as Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus,  closed its Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles.
