Big Australian Telco Telstra Buys Remainder of Ooyala With $270M Investment

Streaming video distribution platform Ooyala is being acquired Australian telco Telstra, which will invest $270 million to reach a 98%
ownership stake in the company. It had owned 23%. Ooyala will be operated as
a wholly owned subsidiary, and management will remain intact.
