On the cusp of its busiest sales season, online, direct and brick & mortar retailer L.L. Bean realigned its agency roster with a greater emphasis on online marketing expertise. The Maine-based clothing and outdoor equipment retailer tapped WPP's JWT and MEC Interaction units to oversee its $20 million advertising account. -- Joe Mandese
